P2 - astronaut's wife (Lacke in Farbe ...und bunt!)

Hey guys!

So I just got a trim on my hair and sort of almost forgot to write this post. Oh dear. Anyway, here we are for petrol.

Two coats here, I think. Top coat is on there as per usual. I just realized you can kinda see my nail line, but in person I didn't really notice it. The color also seems a bit darker in real life, so, in fact, more petrol-y.

essence - hope for love (Lacke in Farbe ...und bunt!)

Hey guys!

Since Lena doesn't like pink very much, we're looking at light pink nail polishes today to get that color out of the way, lol. Here we are...

I swatched this "way back when", so as too often lately I can only try to remember the details. I think this was two coats, and I did use top coat (as I usually do with non-special finish polishes). This could also pass as a light antique pink, don't you think?

essence - the black cat (Lacke in Farbe ...und bunt!)

Hey guys!

Since I'm still shockingly awake and felt like getting some stuff done I decided to put this up. After mint last week, we're looking at black now! I had this photo kicking around in my blog folder, so here we go, I finally use it.

As I alluded to above, this photo was taken a while ago. I think I applied two or three coats, and no top coat (I feel like that seems obvious, but well). Other than that... well. It's black. And semi-matt.

P2 "Just Dreamlike" - mint flavour (Lacke in Farbe ...und bunt!)

Hey guys!

I'm gonna get my mint on before it's too late - we're starting off the fourth (!) round of "Lacke in Farbe ...und bunt!" with a classic spring color! Let's go.

This is a yellowish mint, the kind that always reminds me of 50ies-style American diners. I don't know why. Anyway... I had difficulties with this, so I applied three coats to get rid of patches and bald spots. Thankfully, top coat helped smooth out the surface. The slightly artsy-fartsy angle is due to the bottle shape, really - I didn't want the picture to be too wide, so I just tilted it halfway out of the frame.
